Sune Kjems is co-founder of VIA Design - a design consultancy working with the use of design thinking within user driven innovation. Holding a MA in Design from the Danish Design School, Sune has been working with design for 14 years – from communication design to concept design to strategic design and now transformation design. Parallel to his work, over the years, he has been teaching at several design schools and universities.

Ida Vesterdal holds a Masters in Modern Culture and Communication - and specialises in user and context research with a focus on how to turn the insights into tools for innovation. She is co-founder and partner in VIA Design (founded 2001), a design consultancy working with the use of design thinking with in user driven innovation. Besides her client work she has edited two books; OmDannelse (in English: Transformation). A book full of personal interviews on how life and the things we do transform and shape us. The other book Changing Metropolis presents various suggestions as to how art and culture can be used when planning future city spaces. Ida is also an eager lecturer and teacher, passionate about how to make design contribute towards meeting the challenges of today.
